How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Processingmore Floor Coating wants to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
Contact us about:
- A call or message with Processingmore Floor Coating
- How we used or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you're unhappy with a coating job, raise it with the provider in writing first. Keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Processingmore Floor Coating can't settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act for a provider.
How to File a Complaint
Write to contact@processingmore.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We'll confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into it. That may mean talking to the provider. After that, we'll tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may help too.
